Summary

The Urban Agenda of Andalusia responds to the willingness to effectively manage the opportunities and challenges faced by cities. At the same time, it incorporates Andalusia into an international movement, promoted by the United Nations and the European Union, that should mark urban development in the following years. This document represents the starting point of a process that will last until at least 2030. During this time this proposed roadmap will have to be implemented as a shared task by numerous actors, with the prominence of local governments.
