Summary

This document presents a proposal that aims to ensure the perfect alignment of the Urban Agenda of Andalusia with the Spanish Urban Agenda in its content and mechanisms of implementation and evaluation, as well as in its connection with other global development agendas. The objective of this exercise is to facilitate the coordination between subnational and national urban policies and, with it, the achievement of the goals that underlie in the elaboration of both agendas. This document is structured in four sections: context, analytical framework, analytical model and results.
