Summary

This publication aims to present in a summarized and simple way the alignment analysis carried out between the Andalusian Urban Agenda and the Spanish Urban Agenda, to support the elaboration of local action plans , which will be the fundamental instruments to achieve a sustainable and integrated urban development in Andalusia. In this sense, the main recipients of this publication are local entities, responsible for the elaboration of local action plans, as well as other actors involved in the effective implementation of urban policies at all levels. Ultimately, this publication aims to serve as a guide for implementing local action plans in Andalusia vis-à-vis with national and subnational agendas.
